QRelia is a real-time operational layer for hospitality.
QRelia connects guest interaction, staff workflow, management control, and venue feedback into a single operational system. It replaces fragmented tools with one coherent layer where activity becomes visible, coordinated, and responsive in real time.
Developed through live deployment at Le Pommier Hotel and since expanded into a multi-tenant SaaS platform, QRelia proves that QR ordering can become something much deeper: every guest action becomes an operational signal, routed with context, surfaced immediately to the right role, measured over time, and now extended into a working physical device layer through QRelia Ambient.
Built around operational flow, not isolated features.
QRelia is designed as a system layer rather than a single feature. It coordinates guest actions, order handling, internal workflows, and venue logic so that service becomes clearer, issues surface faster, and the operation stays aligned as pressure increases.
Real-time synchronization
Updates propagate instantly across guest, staff, admin, and connected systems, keeping the entire operation aligned without delay and reducing reliance on manual checking.
Location-aware context
Each interaction is tied to a specific place within the venue, allowing the system to route workflows and responses accurately instead of treating every request the same.
Device integration
QRelia Ambient is a working Raspberry Pi-based LCD device with diffused addressable lighting. It consumes live QRelia events and turns service state into a clear physical cue without forcing staff to watch another dashboard.
The device layer is real now — LCD, light and live service state in one object.
QRelia Ambient is the physical edge of the platform. A dedicated 3.5-inch LCD shows operational context while a diffused addressable LED strip mirrors service state into the room. The device provisions onto venue Wi-Fi, connects back to QRelia, listens for real-time events and makes the current state understandable at a glance.
Purpose-built status UI for ready, new-order, processing, waiting, completed, cancelled, connection and setup states.
Addressable light animations reinforce state without turning the device into a distracting alarm beacon.
Guided Wi-Fi provisioning, cloud status, reconnection logic and local device identity are visible on the hardware itself.
The same operational events used by QRelia software drive the physical device, keeping screens and room signals in sync.

What changes when QRelia is running.
Each interface serves a distinct operational role.
Clear and immediate interaction
Guests scan, understand their context, navigate the correct menu, and place orders without friction or uncertainty.
Action-focused workflow
Orders surface clearly and immediately, allowing staff to react quickly instead of constantly checking multiple disconnected channels.
Centralised control
Menus, availability, pricing, staff access, QR output, analytics, subscriptions and operational settings are managed from a coherent control layer rather than scattered tools.
Physical feedback layer
Device-driven signals translate system state into ambient cues, reducing reliance on screens alone.
Built for real usage
Multi-tenant isolation, onboarding, subscription infrastructure and dedicated platform administration support repeatable deployment beyond the original venue build.
A foundation for broader hospitality systems.
